Health insurance: Cascadia contributes a monthly amount for the purchase of medical and dental benefits (Cascadia plans only). The medical plans available are through Kaiser HMO and Kaiser Added Choice. Employees have a choice of Standard or Kaiser dental. Spouse and family coverage is available pre-tax and domestic partner coverage post-tax through payroll deduction. The cost of coverage is pro-rated for part time employees working at least half time.
Employee Assistance Program: Cascadia employees and their immediate family members have access to confidential professional support. This program covers work and personal issues through counseling; child and elder care referrals; financial planning; and career guidance.
Flexible Spending Accounts: Cascadia offers Medical, dependant care, and transportation spending accounts, allowing employees to pay for basic needs with pre-tax dollars - a big savings.
Group disability insurance: Long term disability insurance is employer paid, and begins after six months on the job.
Group accidental death and dismemberment insurance: Coverage is provided in the amount of one year's salary, and begins after six months on the job.

Paid time off (PTO): Paid time off encompasses traditional vacation, sick and holiday leaves. Fulltime employees accrue 21.25 hours per month which increases as an employee stays with the company over time.
Disability bank: Fulltime employees accrue 2.5 hour per month for extended illness, injury or family medical leave.
Holidays observed: Cascadia observes eights holidays each year: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Bereavement/funeral leave: Full time employees receive four paid consecutive workdays off for the death of an immediate relative, separate from paid time off.
Retirement benefits: Cascadia offers a 403(b) retirement plan and contributes up to a 3% match.
