Access to Recovery is a new program that emphasizes recovery support services, individual needs and choice for adults with a history of chemical dependency. The State of Oregon has started a voucher system focusing on Recovery Support Services.

Cascadia receives vouchers from Access To Recovery’s RMC (Recovery Management Center) specifying an individual’s need for services. Alcohol and Drug Outpatient Services

Cascadia’s outpatient treatment program is designed for adults who are involved with alcohol and/or other substances. We offer services which consist of:

Individual therapy sessions with professional counselors helping with:

1. Relapse Prevention
2. Coping with Past Trauma
3. Effective Relationships
4. Depression, Anxiety, Mental health conditions
5. Education about the Effects of Substances

Treatment groups include:

1. Early Recovery Education
2. Relapse Prevention
3. Seeking Safety-help for Trauma Survivors
4. Anger Management
5. Addictions Groups for Individuals with Mental Health Disorders
6. Pain Management
7. Healthy Living in Recovery

We offer Women’s Groups, Men’s Groups and culturally specific groups for African Americans and the LGBTQI community.  We also have access to 2 housing locations for enrolled clients who are active in treatment.
