The Clackamas Outpatient Clinic offers mental health and addictions treatment for adults on the Oregon Health Plan and for those approved for indigent services by Clackamas County. Services consist of individual and group therapy, medication management, and case management services, such as housing support and advocacy. CLR clinic provides specialized services to persons who have received DUII or DWI offenses. Additionally, we provide "strengths-based" intensive case management (ICM) and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) to those who need more support in the community to include individual therapy, case management, and medication management.

Cascadia Garlington Center is an outpatient clinic that provides multi-disciplinary, culturally relevant treatment services to persons with a mental illness and/or co-occurring disorder with specialized culturally specific services available for African Americans. Treatment programs include Recovery Services, Integrated Services, Alcohol and Drug Treatment Services and the Housing Outreach Team. The clinical teams provide a range of treatment services, including crisis intervention; brief treatment; individual and group therapy; psychotropic medication evaluation and treatment, consultation, eviction prevention, housing placement and community referrals.

The Plaza outpatient clinic offers many treatment services. For those seeking mental health services treatment offered could include group and individual sessions, case management, supported employment, supported education, peer services and medication services. For addictions services we have alcohol and drug treatment which includes sub-programming for those seeking to fulfill DUII obligations as well as culturally specific treatment for the LBGTQQ community called ‘The Triangle Project’. Plaza also is the location for problem gambling treatment for Gamblers and their significant others and families which is free. Plaza is also a location for Crisis services with the Urgent Walk-In Clinic that serves all of Multnomah County. We also have a partnership with OHSU and this location houses the OHSU Urgent Care clinic that can be a resource for medical services.

Woodland Park is an outpatient clinic for adults, youth, and families that offer mental health, addictions, and health and wellness services, including on-site primary care. Treatment programs include Adult Outpatient, Child & Family Services, Oregon Partnership for Health Integration (OPHI), Older Adult Services, VIEWS, FIT, and Alcohol & Drug/Integrated treatment. Programs are made of multi-disciplinary teams that may include masters’ level clinicians, Skills Trainers, Licensed Medical Practitioners, case managers, nurses, and Peer Wellness Coaches and services are offered in both individual and group settings.
